On July 29th, Airspace Industry Corporation of China signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Changchun Cedar Electronics Technology Co. Based on the complementation of the main business and the actual demands of their respective development, the two sides will gradually carry out close, in-depth and long-term cooperation in the fields ranging from airports and air traffic control, the world's cutting-edge science and technology to the special fields, so as to lay a solid foundation for the realization of the high-quality cooperative development as well as the high-standard construction of the airport industry and special fields between the two sides.

After arriving in Changchun, Zhang Yousheng, President of Airspace Industry Corporation of China, together with his delegation visited Changchun Institute of Optical Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the headquarter of Changchun Cedar Electronics Technology Co., and Changguang Cedar Lighting Production Base. Through full investigation, it is believed that Changchun Institute of Optics and Mechanics, as the first national scientific research institution focusing on optics after the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, has made extraordinary achievements in the field of optics, and holds an important historical position in a number of major national tasks. Changchun Cedar Electronics, relying on the Changchun Institute of Optics and Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has not only accumulated profound technology in LED display and LED lighting, but also boasts of its fully automated intelligent manufacturing industrialization base for COB integrated packaging.Besides,  it has core competitiveness in optics and thermotics, which is the most important in the field of LED lighting. In the future, our cooperation will fully tap our respective advantages, and deepen cooperation in airport industry projects, world cutting-edge technology breakthroughs, promoting “1+3 product comprehensive solutions”, special fields, and other areas to achieve win-win results.

Zheng Xifeng, Chairman of Changchun Cedar Electronics, and Wang Ruiguang, General Manager of Changchun Cedar Electronics, warmly welcomed the arrival of Zhang Yousheng, President of Airspace Industry Corporation of China and his delegation, and introduced about Cedar, reviewed the achievements in LED display and LED lighting since the establishment of the company, and also gave a detailed explanation on their industrial layout and future development plan. Through the achievement transformation of Chinese Academy of Sciences "bright action", "Thirteenth Five-Year" national key research and development program project, Cedar has formed independent intellectual property rights in the core optics, heat dissipation and lamp integration technology, and completed high-power, large space single light source LED lighting. In addition, the company has  built a high-power, large-space COB lighting products assembly, aging, single-light 100% testing automated production line, with a production capacity of 300,000 sets per year. The products are widely used in municipal roads, industrial and mining enterprises, railroads, airports, docks, stadiums and other places. We hope that the two sides will strengthen communication, cooperate closely and complement each other's advantages to promote the construction of airport industry projects, and submit new solutions for modernized and internationalized airports for different functional areas.

According to the agreement, the two sides will continue to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of airports and air traffic control, the world's cutting-edge science and technology, special fields, special industries, special products, etc., to promote the two sides to create a new situation of high-quality development, and jointly drive the related technologies and industries to achieve leapfrog development.
