The modernized and scientific requirements of "smart airport" and "digital airport" have become the basic construction standards of the civil aviation industry. From the actual situation of international and domestic airport construction, Airspace Industry Corporation of China has set up a modernized concept, introduced the world's most advanced science and technology and the world's most sophisticated equipment, firmly grasped the golden period and opportunity period of airport construction in this decade, and scientifically formulated a "ten-year" development strategy and a "five-year" implementation plan.

Ten-year development strategy：

Leading by advanced concepts, cutting-edge technology and equipment, the Group will steadily develop old industries and focus on the construction of "digital airport", "intelligent airport" and "ecological civilization airport". In ten years' time, AICC will build the group into a modern airport construction enterprise with "new ideas", "excellent technology", "excellent products", "strong management", "high efficiency" and "high quality".

Five-year implementation plan:

one base:

Research and development base for new technologies and products. AICC is planning to build a research and development base in the Yangtze River Delta region with Shanghai as the center from 2023. The construction will begin by the end of 2023, and it will be completed and put into use by the end of 2024.

Contents of the research and development base:

(2) A-SMGCS in the flight area of the airport;

(3) GBAS;

(4) Development of digital integrated software platform

two guarantees:

Technical security and service security. Firstly, according to the needs of China's conventional airports and special airports, the group will select and introduce professional and sophisticated technical talents from domestic and foreign countries through multiple channels and channels, and set up a professional technical support team to meet the Various technical requirements of construction in "digital airport" and "intelligent airport".

The second one is service guarantee. Beijing Yangshen Information Technology Co., Ltd. is established to maintain all the equipment of the airport, especially the imported equipment. The Group has decided to gradually set up product, spare parts and material warehouses in several major regional and trunk airports of civil aviation from 2023 onwards, so as to provide timely protection according to the needs of users. At the same time, the Group has decided to visit more than two hundred airports that the Group has participated in nationwide in stages and batches from the second half of 2023 to listen to customers' opinions humbly and patiently and solve practical problems in time.

three products：

According to the requirements of airport construction and air traffic control construction, the group plan to produce high-end products and cutting-edge products necessary for civil aviation airport and air traffic control construction in phases and batches:

(1) Photonic radar;

(2) Series of products matching with A-SMGCS;

(3)Magnetic fast pedestrian walkway and the supporting cutting-edge products required by airports and ATC.

four strengthening：

On this basis, starting from 2023, the Group will set up pilot projects for the integration of aviation and tourism in East China and Southwest China respectively, and take the development of this industry as a new growth point of the Group, which will add vitality and durability to the long-term and high-quality development for the Group.

East China respectively in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui tourist attractions and civilized temples planning layout. In Southwest China, integrated aviation and tourism navigation bases are planned in Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan and Guizhou respectively. It will take 1-2 years to make planning and layout and will build two pilot navigation projects in two major regions, so as to explore experience and lay a foundation for the overall development of the group.
