      Lhasa Gonggar Airport lies in Gyizholing Town, Gonggar County in Shannan, Tibet. Located at the southern bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River, the airport is at an altitude of 3,600 m. With the maximum temperature of 29.6℃ and minimum temperature of -16.5℃ in history, the airport has an annual mean temperature of 7.4℃.
