Environmental Case

      Project Overview: Qinzhou City Hedong Wastewater Treatment Plant is located in the northeast of the intersection of Yangfan Road and North-South Expressway. Midway sewage pumping station is located at the southwest of the intersection of Jinhaiwan East Street and Yangfan Road. The plant area is planned to cover an area of about 210 mu. The project is designed to handle 80,000 tons of wastewater daily in the near future, and 150,000 tons in the long term. Main contents include the construction of a wastewater treatment plant and a midway sewage pumping station with a handling capacity of 80,000 tons, as well as the pavement of DN300—DN1800 sewage collection pipe network that is 68.7 km in length and relevant auxiliary facilities. The project adopts the enhanced A/A/O process. Sludge treatment adopts draper-type thickening and dewatering all-in-one machine and tail water is drained after UV disinfection. 

Effluent Standard: The effluent of this wastewater treatment plant conforms to the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002)-- first class level B discharge standard.

Treatment Process: Enhanced biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, sludge treatment adopts draper-type thickening and dewatering all-in-one machine, tail water is drained after UV disinfection.
